Attorney-at-law Erikas Čerškus is a legal professional with many years of experience, specializing in criminal law and the law of enforcement of penalties, administrative disputes, and administrative misdemeanour proceedings. Attorney-at-law provides legal services by defending and representing natural and legal persons in pre-trial investigation institutions, prosecutor's offices, courts of all instances, as well as in all institutions of the penal enforcement system.

• Experience in representing convicted persons in matters concerning conditional release from places of imprisonment.
